Mediation is fast, inexpensive and civilized. You do not have to agree on every issue in order to mediate. You do have to be willing to negotiate with your spouse to reach an agreement. Acting as your mediator, I do not represent either the husband or the wife. I act as a legal guide. The objective of a mediation is to minimize the damage of a divorce, and to put each party in the best possible position to move to the next stage of life, given the facts of your case.
